Our vinyasa class guides you through a series of postures, transitioning through each with a strong emphasis on quality of breath and movement. This balanced flow will build strength and open the body, assist in calming and focusing the mind, and help develop awareness and regulation of breath.
Mindful Morning Yoga
Ideal for both new yoga students and seasoned practitioners, Mindful Morning Yoga builds strength, flexibility, and balance while incorporating postures and breathing practices. Drawing on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, you will explore seated, standing, and reclined postures at an easeful pace, and finish with relaxation. A complete yoga practice to start your day!
Power Vinyasa Flow
Our signature vinyasa class with an added spiciness! Power flow will follow the same format as our vinyasa class, with additional strengthening elements weaved throughout. If you seek a slightly more robust flow, this is the class for you. We offer lots of options and variations so that each individual can create the experience they seek for themselves when they come to the mat.
Slow Vinyasa Flow
Our signature vinyasa class at a slower pace. This class is perfect when you are craving a slower, quieter practice.
